Smooth-product pulping & refining
Resolve pulp texture before concentration makes handling harder.
Deliver the right fruit form before the batch begins.
Whole fruit, with a declared variety, condition and inclusion profile.
Washed, sorted and fruit-specifically prepared pieces or pulp.
Sorting, washing and the required stone, core, peel or cutting operations are selected for the fruit. These are not one universal machine. Prepared pulp can bypass this duty when its incoming specification is accepted.
Record piece dimensions, unwanted inclusions, damaged-fruit removal and preparation yield separately. A downstream cooker cannot correct stones or unsuitable raw material.
Match the peak batch loading demand and hygienic holding time, not just average kilograms per hour. Provide waste removal, wash-water handling, floor drainage and safe inspection access.
| Parameter | Required basis |

Separate wet cleaning from exposed prepared fruit. Inspect cutting, destoning and conveyor retention points after safe isolation.
No universal destoning or peeling claim; verify the proposed operation on the named fruit.
