MACHINE STRUCTURE
Two-stage pulping assembly
The pictured machine has two consecutive cylindrical screen housings, a feed entry and separate discharge paths. Prepared fruit enters the first pulping stage; a second screen assembly can refine the passing pulp while retained skins, seeds or fibres leave the reject path. Actual screen openings, rotor settings and accepted yield must be demonstrated on the selected fruit.

Use condition

Interfaces
Confirm feeding consistency, collection capacity, overflow prevention and whether subsequent heating changes viscosity. Keep reject removal and cleaning access independent of the cooked-product area.
