Fruit applications

Discuss this applicationThe equipment shown is a machine-family reference; the final configuration is selected for your product.
Specify whether your apricots arrive whole, destoned, cut or pulped. A whole-fruit process must establish stone removal and acceptance checks before fruit enters the cooking stage. The roller washer photograph demonstrates a washing family only. Destoning and cutting equipment must be selected for the actual fruit condition and preparation requirement.
Describe the target texture and the prepared material you already have. A smooth spread may need pulping and conditional refining; a piece-containing recipe needs a matched mixer and clear product passages through transfer and filling. Do not put a complete piece-containing batch through a fine refining step without a clear product reason.
Discuss atmospheric and vacuum alternatives using the actual recipe, site heating services and acceptance method. Provide finished batch mass, approved working range, pack size and existing line interfaces. Cleaning access and changeover requirements should be included with performance and installation scope in the quotation.

Resolve pulp texture before concentration makes handling harder.

Compare accessible batch cooking with the product’s heat exposure.

Prove the package with the product the line actually makes.
