Litres describe a vessel.
Finished kilograms and a complete cycle describe a batch output. The calculator does not convert tank litres into production capacity.
Loading + cooking/checks + discharge + allocated cleaning are counted without overlap.
What this estimate includes
The serial rate equals accepted finished kilograms per batch multiplied by 60, divided by the sum of the four time entries. The working-volume fraction describes vessel utilisation; it does not convert litres to mass.
Use a full charge-to-ready cycle. Include endpoint waiting and pressure equalisation in cooking or discharge as appropriate, and allocate cleaning using the actual schedule. Do not enter only heating time and call the result line capacity.
What still needs a line study
Parallel vessels, overlapping preparation, utility peaks, packing bottlenecks, product losses and downtime require their own schedule and evidence. A larger gross vessel with the same finished batch and cycle gives the same calculated rate. The approved working volume depends on the actual vessel, mixing and product behaviour.
