Jam filling and line expansion
Connect an existing cooker or new line to product transfer, filling and package handling.

Start at the cooked-product outlet
Jam viscosity, temperature and fruit-piece dimensions determine the transfer pump, pipe and valve passages. A buffer vessel may smooth the cooker-to-filler handover, but its working range and hold conditions must be designed for the product.
Review transfer requirements →Filling machine and pack
The pictured enclosed filler illustrates a multi-head product path and conveyor. Confirm the offered nozzles, metering method, pack geometry, closure equipment and cleaning access for the actual container. A pictured conveyor does not establish support for every jar, pouch or pail.
Inspect filling and closing →Integration checks
Record the existing machine outlet, inlet height, product temperature, fill accuracy basis, closure method and the agreed acceptance pack. Test particle distribution at both cooker discharge and filled pack to identify where damage occurs.
