For whole-fruit supply, establish peel, core and unwanted-part removal before the jam line inlet is agreed. Those are selected operations, not functions proven by a generic washer or pulper image. Prepared pieces and supplied pulp can enter at different stages. Specify the piece or fibre condition that reaches ingredient preparation and how rejected material is removed.
A fruit-piece recipe requires attention to the mixer, discharge, pump and filler clearance. A smooth spread may require pulp preparation or refining depending on the received material. Confirm these choices with the actual product rather than specifying every preparation module by default. Keep package geometry, closing method and the intended filling conditions in the same discussion.
Record usable prepared fruit per batch separately from accepted finished jam. Review loading time, cooking and checks, discharge and allocated cleaning. Include the batch-to-filler handover and any existing machines. A proposed line output should state this basis, with packing capacity and site services considered independently.
