Fruit applications
Choose strawberry preparation, batch cooking and filling equipment for a smooth spread or a jam with visible fruit pieces.
Discuss this applicationThe equipment shown is a machine-family reference; the final configuration is selected for your product.
Specify fresh whole fruit, prepared pieces or purchased puree separately. Whole-fruit receiving can require sorting, washing and removal of unwanted parts before cutting or pulping. If prepared fruit is supplied, define the preparation already completed rather than paying for a second preparation stage. A smooth product and a product with visible strawberry pieces should not share an unquestioned refining step.
For a fruit-piece recipe, agree the target piece distribution at the cooker outlet and again in the filled jar. Review the agitator, outlet valve, transfer pump and filler passages together. For a smooth spread, evaluate prepared pulp before deciding whether a separate refiner is needed. Cooking arrangement, soluble-solids endpoint and filling conditions follow the actual recipe and product trial.
Send the fruit inlet, a description or sample of the finished texture, finished mass per batch and the intended container. If you already have a cooker, add its working volume and discharge arrangement. This lets the equipment discussion focus on the missing duties, rather than assuming you need a completely new line.
