Selection guides
Choose between a complete jam production line and a targeted preparation, cooker, transfer or filling upgrade for your existing process.
Discuss this applicationThe equipment shown is a machine-family reference; the final configuration is selected for your product.
List your existing machines and the specific limitation: fruit preparation, recipe handling, usable batch range, texture, discharge, filling or cleaning. A working preparation section does not automatically need replacement when a new cooker is added. Equally, a filler upgrade may need a revised transfer interface even when the cooker remains suitable.
Document the conditions arriving from the retained equipment and those required by the next machine. Include connection size and height, product condition, full batch timing, access and cleaning boundaries. This makes the proposed addition assessable as a connected part of the line, rather than an isolated machine with an attractive nameplate figure.
For a new line, establish the whole fruit or puree inlet and intended finished pack. For an upgrade, identify what stays and what changes. Ask both offers to state equipment identity, options, interfaces, services, operator duties and the product acceptance basis. The appropriate choice follows the actual process gap and your expansion requirement.

Compare accessible batch cooking with the product’s heat exposure.

Prove the package with the product the line actually makes.
