Discuss this applicationThe equipment shown is a machine-family reference; the final configuration is selected for your product.
Record the supplied puree specification, preparation already completed, soluble-solids basis and receiving or storage arrangement. Whole-fruit washing, destoning and pulping can be omitted when those duties are complete and the material meets the accepted inlet condition. Refining remains conditional on the required final texture; it is not automatically included simply because the product is smooth.
Connect puree receiving to weighing, minor-ingredient preparation and the selected cooker. If the jam also contains visible pieces, identify their separate preparation and addition stage. Puree alone does not supply those pieces. The mixer and transfer system should be discussed against the combined recipe rather than the puree specification alone.
Provide the existing vessel working range, outlet, services and pack format. A quotation can then focus on recipe handling, the cooker or the filler interface that is missing. Compare finished mass and the complete batch cycle with packaging demand. Site connections and cleaning boundaries should be identified before final equipment selection.

Make the recipe traceable before heat is applied.

Compare accessible batch cooking with the product’s heat exposure.
Keep a smooth viscous batch moving across the heated surface.

Prove the package with the product the line actually makes.
