Install and maintain batch jam equipment
Plan access for operations, cleaning and replacement, not just the vessel footprint.
Layout and loading
Check floor loading, maintenance lift paths, operator access, ingredient handling and the route from fruit preparation to finished-pack handling. A vessel outline without working clearances is not an installation drawing.
Services and commissioning
Confirm the actual utility conditions and safe isolation points. Instrument ranges, load-cell support, pipe forces and condensate drainage should be checked before a product trial. Record the offered model and as-installed configuration.
Wear and planned work
Agree inspection criteria for scrapers, seals, agitator contact parts, pump wear parts and filler valves. Spare parts must correspond to the supplied assembly; a generic equipment name is not enough to order a replacement.
Acceptance record
Retain manuals, drawings, recipes or operating permissions, calibration evidence, training scope and maintenance tasks with the final offer. Trial acceptance should include repeated batches and a verified clean/changeover, not only an empty equipment demonstration.
