Connect cooker, transfer and packaging
Specify the complete handover of a viscous, sometimes particulate product.
Upstream delivery
Match preparation and ingredient staging to the charge window. Multiple preparation operations may run before the cooker is free, but do not count that overlap in a serial calculator unless a real scheduling model supports it.
Discharge path
Document temperature, viscosity method, particle size, line length, valves and elevation. Check pump inlet conditions and allowable pressure. Evaluate the whole path with the product instead of using a water-flow rating.
Buffer and filler
Define the hopper or buffer’s working range, agitation and allowable hold conditions. A buffer can manage flow mismatch but also introduces extra residence and cleaning. Confirm how filler stops are handled without an uncontrolled hold.
Utilities and responsibilities
Mark electrical supply, steam or hot water, cooling water, drains, compressed air and vacuum services on the boundary drawing. Record which party provides each connection and how simultaneous utility demand is evaluated.
